Yala is Sri Lanka’s premier national Park, located in the south east of Sri Lanka.
This is the one of the oldest and one of the most diverse national parks in Sri Lanka, spans over 900 square kilometers and is divided into 5 blocks.
Significantly, Yala has the highest leopard densities in the world giving sanctuary to around 44 leopards. Also the best spot to safari among elephants, bears, birds and mammal species, as well as other animals.
